To see every child and young adult, who is Deaf or Hard of Hearing, be free from limitations and isolation and have opportunities that mimic that of their hearing peers.
Our History
Hands With Heart was founded by Chris Sandefur in 1998 to provide support for children who desired equal access to camps such as Boy Scouts, and to provide support for educational learning for schools. Throughout the years it has evolved to meet the needs of this young community and aims to empower each and every child who enters the program.
